Frequently Asked Questions

Do you only work on career topics? +

Career and personal topics usually overlap — I work with both.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy? +

Coaching is suitable when you want to actively work on a change or a situation you are currently navigating. Therapy works more with psychological difficulties, the past, and topics that require therapeutic care. Both have their place — if you are not sure what you need, I am happy to help you figure it out.

How does the first session work? +

The first session lasts 30 minutes and is free. We get to know each other, you tell me what brings you here, and together we look at what working together might look like. No preparation needed — just come with whatever you are currently dealing with.

How much does it cost? +

The price depends on the scope and format of our work together. We will discuss the specifics during the first session.

How long does the process take? +

It depends on the topic and the pace that works for you. Most often I work with clients in a series of 4–8 sessions, once every 3–4 weeks. Some come for a single session with a specific dilemma, and that's enough. Nothing is fixed in advance.

Do I need to come with a clear goal? +

No. Many clients come with a feeling that something isn't working, but can't quite put it into words yet. Together we will gradually clarify what is actually going on in your situation and what needs attention first.

Is our communication confidential? +

Yes, absolutely. Everything we discuss stays between us. As a certified coach I follow the ICF Code of Ethics, which requires strict confidentiality.

Where are you based? +

In person in Brno, or online. I work in Czech, Slovak, and English.

How do I choose between Gallup and PRISM? +

Gallup focuses on your natural talents and strengths. PRISM shows how you naturally operate — and where you adapt in a work context. I am happy to help you choose based on your situation.
